I. Who is behind Rivercombe?

My name is Violette! Rivercombe is a small artisan workshop born from a love for the British countryside. Every single candle is mindfully poured and packaged with care in Brittany, France.

II. Are your candles vegan and eco-friendly?

Yes, our candles are vegan and responsibly-sourced from wick to scent! We use pure, clean-burning soy wax sustainably produced in Europe, along with cruelty-free ingredients.

III. Which shipping methods do you offer?

We deliver your candles safely to your doorstep or pickup point using Colissimo and Mondial Relay, across Mainland France and the European Union.

IV. Do you offer candle refills?

This is a project that is very close to our hearts. Because we want our tin boxes to find a second life in your home, we plan to develop refills in the future. We truly hope to make them available to you as soon as possible.

V. Can I change my mind and return a candle?

Of course! You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. To be eligible, candles must be completely unused, unlit, and in their original packaging. Just write a quick note to rivercombe@pm.me to start the process.

VI. What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

If your package looks visually damaged or broken upon arrival, we warmly recommend refusing the delivery so it comes straight back to the workshop. If you notice a defect later, contact us at rivercombe@pm.me and we will quickly make things right.
